Amos Brazan, also known as Amos Taylor, launched The Global Wealth Center, a cash gifting scheme, after previous ventures like The Rush Opportunity and NWC Living collapsed. These earlier operations served as feeder programs, funneling participants into Brazan's existing cash gifting downlines, All In One Profits and National Wealth Center.

The Global Wealth Center operates without any retailable products or services. Affiliates can only market their own membership within the scheme. Upon registration, members purchase positions within a two-tier matrix cycler. These positions are bundled with advertising credits, usable on the Global Wealth Center website.

The compensation plan hinges on purchasing $1 positions in a 4x1 matrix cycler. A 4x1 matrix requires four positions to be filled to trigger a cycle. Matrix 1, costing $1, yields a $1 commission and advances participants to Matrix 2. Matrix 2 generates a $12 commission. Participants are then directed to use $11.50 of this $12 commission to join Amos Brazan's All In One Profits downline. From there, earnings are expected to fund entry into Brazan's National Wealth Center downline.

The Global Wealth Center affiliate membership is directly linked to the purchase of a $1 matrix cycler position. The scheme's promotional material suggests participants can start with as little as $1, with the aim of gradually increasing revenue to join their primary program.

Cash gifting schemes like All In One Profits and National Wealth Center depend on a continuous influx of new recruits to sustain themselves. Feeder schemes, such as The Rush Opportunity, NWC Living, and now The Global Wealth Center, are designed to facilitate this recruitment. The Global Wealth Center appears to consolidate Brazan's previous two feeder schemes into a single entity, allowing him and his associates, collectively known as "The Dream Chasers," to promote one feeder for multiple scams.

The business model is explicitly cash gifting. In Tier 1, affiliates gift $1 to their recruiter, qualifying them to receive $1 from four subsequent recruits. Tier 2 requires a $3 gift to the recruiter, with recipients then earning $3 from four other affiliates. No products or services are sold to retail customers; all revenue and commissions originate from the affiliates themselves. Like all gifting schemes, The Global Wealth Center is expected to collapse once the recruitment of new affiliates slows down. This pattern was observed with The Rush Opportunity and NWC Living. Any money earned within The Global Wealth Center is then directed into All In One Profits and subsequently National Wealth Center. Both of these programs have reportedly been in decline throughout 2016, suggesting participants may be left with nothing upon their eventual collapse. The listed members of "The Dream Chasers" include Amos Brazan (Founder and CEO), Nyicey Rayshon, Rick Panther, Darius McPhail, Darren Cooper, Shay Hargett, Anthony Newson, Marcus Fryer, and Kenneth Haywood.
